Diademafarmaceutici, a leading company in the distribution and production of pharmaceutical products, has relied on Tiviz to tackle some of the industry’s main challenges.

Tiviz developed Repo, the company’s CRM that allows the daily work of their pharmaceutical sales representatives to be managed. This tool has been progressively implemented and customized to meet real needs and improve business performance.

For the HR division, Jobi was developed, a platform that enables personnel management through the centralization of data (contracts, shifts, evaluations…) and features for onboarding and training. This application also allows for order management.

A rebranding activity is also underway, with the redesign of the website and a strategic enhancement of their direct B2C communication. Video and interactive content were also created for participation in conferences.
